Hamper Selections delivers beautiful gift arrangements all over Australia. We are a privately owned and operated family business, our team focus on old-fashioned customer service and use only the highest quality products, with a focus on Australian produce. Our Team would be happy to fulfill your order and create a lasting impression on your recipients.

Trading Hours: Whilst we are an online store, please note that we have regular office hours 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. This means that orders placed on our online store will be received and handled by our office staff during those hours. Please ensure that you include a contact number during those hours just in case we need to contact you regarding your gift delivery.

Hamper Selections requests that all customers follow our guidelines when communicating with our team members:

Delivery will be calculated when you place your order. Alternatively, please call 03 9899 4195 and we would be happy to process your order.

Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

PLEASE NOTE IF OUR COURIERS NEED TO REDELIVER THE GIFT DUE TO RECIPIENT NOT BEING HOME ON THE DELIVERY DAY AND WE ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE AT THE DOOR, A RE-DELIVERY FEE WILL BE CHARGED, THIS COST IS SUBJECT TO DELIVERY AREA, OUR TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU IF THIS IS THE CASE.

IF YOU ARE SENDING ALCOHOL TO AN ADDRESS THAT OUR COURIERS CANNOT LEAVE AT THE DOOR, YOUR RECIPIENT WILL RECEIVE A CALLING CARD TO PICK UP FROM THE POST OFFICE

IF YOUR RECIPIENT HAS A FENCE OBSTRUCTING THE COURIER FROM LEAVING AT THE DOOR THEY WILL LEAVE A CALLING CARD FOR COLLECTION FROM THE LOCAL POST OFFICE – THEY DO NOT CALL RECIPIENTS WHEN AT THE ADDRESS!!!

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR NOT READING DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order Terms

All orders are subject to availability of stock and min/max quantities as Hamper Selections can decide from time to time.

We do our best to ensure all products on the website are in stock but this will not always be the case.  If the out-of-stock product is a relatively small change, eg. you ordered Freckles but we only have Large Freckles in stock we will simply swap it over and mark the change on your invoice. We will advise you of this prior.

Hamper Selections may have items that are slightly different to their description or image and are not responsible for any breakages that may occur in delivery transit once the order is passed onto the courier.

For customers who have selected in-store pick-up at check out. Please note that you will be contacted when your order is ready to be picked up via a phone call.

* Special instructions are welcome and specific dates that you would like your gift to be delivered can be accommodated within courier guidelines and delivery outside of weekends.
* Please note orders placed online during Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business working day.

Courier companies have their own guidelines and parameters and we must abide by the information they give us. Occasionally a destination may not be within the courier’s delivery zone or could be a different price than normal. This usually applies to country areas, and you will be notified if there is additional cost.

NB: We cannot guarantee delivery times on the day of delivery

Payment terms: Orders are prepared at our Melbourne store as soon as payment has been received. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are immediate providing there are enough funds in your account. If you choose Paypal echeque, it can take up to 5 days to be processed. If there are any problems with payment please email us.

Incorrect Information: Please check carefully the order information you enter on the order form. Incorrect information can lead to your order being delayed or if your gift is returned and needs to be re-directed or re-delivered, you will incur additional delivery fees. If you have given the incorrect information and you have asked our team to leave at the door, we will not be able to recover the item and a new order will need to be placed incurring full replacement costs.

Christmas Deliveries
Christmas is a very busy period. The normal time frames do NOT apply. Please allow 3-4 BUSINESS days for shipping of orders placed on the site. You must then allow delivery times on top of this. Please see our Delivery Terms below.

Our team is handling 10 times the amount of gifts so you’re early ordering and patience is greatly appreciated, as we are working around the clock.

Delivery Terms
Hamper Selections is not responsible for the gift delivery. We use reputable contract couriers, Couriers Please, Toll Ipec, TNT, and direct courier companies. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.

For any deliveries to hospitals outside of Melbourne same-day delivery service will NOT be delivered to the patients rooms, these couriers do not walk through hospitals to deliver to patients, instead they are dropping at receptions or loading docks.

Specific Delivery Dates & Times
Specific dates that you would like a gift to be delivered can normally be accommodated, however, please choose appropriate freight option and please note delivery time frames.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED, if you need something delivered by a certain time, we will try and help, however, we are not responsible for any delays as the couriers will estimate delivery between 8.30am to 6.00pm only.

There is no Saturday, Sunday/or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.

Product Information
All items advertised on the Hamper Selections website are in stock unless otherwise stated. This option is taken to keep the dispatch and delivery within the due time to recipients.

Bulk Orders: This facility is available to customers who have more than 3 orders to be delivered to various addresses, it is an online order form that you fill in, once filled in and submitted you will get an invoice for the gift baskets, our team will contact you regarding payment prior to shipping the gifts.  Once you have paid, all gift baskets will be shipping out and you will be notified of the tracking numbers, however, we will track all your gifts and advise once delivered.

Quality and Availability
Hamper Selections only use quality products, we also reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will be to equal or greater value than the original item.

Refunds

You must verify your order of goods upon delivery and you must notify Hamper Selections at sales@lolly.com.au within 2 days of delivery receipt of any incorrect order. Where the incorrect order is the fault of Hamper Selections, we will contact you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Please be aware that some melting of chocolates can occasionally occur in warmer months. Due to the nature of the product and the fact that chocolate is still edible if partially melted, refunds on this basis will not be available.

Transit damage is rare, however, if you have a concern then please contact us before consuming or opening so that we can evaluate and assess any problems.

If you have given us the wrong address, we are charged for ‘return to sender’ so for us to resend your order we will have to charge you for postage again. If you have listed the wrong address and it is lost, we are not responsible for this.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, as they are food products so please choose wisely when selecting your order.

Orders will not be refunded/exchanged for 'change of mind', or if there is a delay in delivery – we do our best to dispatch all orders in a timely manner via Couriers Please, and pass on delivery time estimates as they are provided to us by them directly.

If your order arrives in any state less than sweet please contact us immediately (within 12hrs of receiving your order) with photos via email and we will do our best to help you out.

Warning
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over.
